Use BlockLauncher to play.

#ROOTED DEVICE#
How about Rooted Device? Can i use BlockLauncher?
On rooted device you can use XPosed Installer or BlockLauncher
Where i can Download XPosed Installer?
You can Download HERE
#XPosed INSTALLATION#
-Open the .apk
-Tap on Next and Install
-Open XPosed Installer
-Go to Framework Menu
-Choose Instal/Update options
-And, reboot the Device
#Module INSTALLATION#
-First open XPosed Installer
-Go to Download menu
-And Search "FakeWifi"
-Tap and Download the Module
-After Download
-Install the Apk (AUTO)
-Go to Module menu
-And Check the Column
-Reboot your Device
-Open FakeWifi Connection
-Check "Minecraft Pocket Edition"
-Enjoy (Work on All Games and Applications)
